Riptide is defined as "a stretch of turbulent water in a river or the sea caused by one current flowing into or across another current". We aim to be a difference in the world we see today, to be that current that flows against the other current. We do this by the study of God's word and through the discipleship and accountability among our peers to live a life that brings glory and honor to the
triune God, Jesus Christ. We seek to show the enthusiasm and excitement that comes along with being a Christian and being with a body of believers working together.

Usually every two years we embark on a trip to spread the Love of Christ to other communities in the States. Past ones have been to Joplin Missouri, Washington D.C, Casper Wyoming, New Orleans and many more.
Every Year we head to Siloam Springs, AR to join other churches in the state for church camp. It’s always a wonderful time for the youth to bond and get away from their normal every day business to focus on Christ.
Praise Works is a music and worship arts camp at Ouachita Baptist University. Any students 7th-12th grade with an interest in instruments/voice/technology for worship are urged to go!
